Hello, I’m Jen

I'm the founder of Cinder - the place for workplace wellbeing!

Together, we’re on a mission to support other businesses to create a mentally healthy workplace for their teams and franchise networks to thrive in.

Cinder was born out of lockdown, seeing franchisors, HR teams and business owners needing effective, tangible support to help them tackle the staggering impact of mental health in their workplaces.

I sincerely believe the topic of mental health isn’t a fluffy nice-to-have that we can ignore (and I can prove it!). You simply cannot have positive, developing business health without also maintaining positive mental health.

I believe in making things as simple, authentic and effective as can be – removing the BS and instead getting down to giving you the solution for what you need and what is going to make an actual difference to you, your teams and your/their businesses.

If our training can improve the life and possibility of mental health recovery for even just one person, we’ll have done our job

Having experienced anxiety herself from a young age, founder Jen truly understands how impactful a workplace can be an employee’s mental health. Because of this, Jen has always wanted to make a difference to others in their working lives and after working in marketing and operations for over 10 year with franchisees, franchisors and even the British Franchise Association (bfa) Jen chose to re-train and delve into the world of Mental health at work. She now uses her unique insights and experience of franchising and the commercial world to build effective and impactful training.

We believe you can’t have positive, developing business health without first understanding and managing your mental health.

We take a flexible, compassionate and personalised approach to every client we work with – just like your organisation, your wants and needs are unique and need to be treated in that way too.
